Cancellation policy
Some items on our store may be available for purchase as pre-orders. This policy explains how you can modify or cancel those orders.
Preorders
Preorders allow you to reserve a product that is not yet in stock.

We may collect a full payment or a partial deposit at checkout. If a deposit is taken, the remaining amount will be charged once the item is ready to ship.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has shipped for a full refund of any amount paid.

Once a preorder item has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible — however, you may still request a refund or return in accordance with our Returns and Refunds policy.
We will keep customers updated if estimated arrival dates change.
Refund Processing Times
Once a cancellation is confirmed or a refund is approved, we will process the refund within 1-2 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
