The DF64 Gen 2 uses larger 64mm burrs, offers faster grinding and supports a much wider range of aftermarket burr options.
The DF64V adds variable-speed control to the 64mm platform, while the DF83V combines variable-speed control with a larger 83mm burr platform.

Single-Dose Design and Replaceable Burrs
DF grinders are designed for single dosing: weigh the beans for each brew, grind them fresh and use the bellows to help clear the grinding chamber and minimise retention.
Each model uses replaceable flat burrs, allowing you to maintain your grinder or customise its grinding characteristics over time.
Grind Logic stocks compatible coffee grinder burrs, replacement parts and DF Series accessories to support ongoing maintenance and workflow improvements.
DF Grinders in Other Markets
Depending on the market, DF grinders may also be sold under names including Turin, G-IOTA, Solo, MiiCoffee and Coffee Tech. These grinders may be based on related DF platforms, but specifications, production revisions, installed burrs, included accessories, plug types and warranty arrangements can vary between markets and retailers.
