Geometry: 

  • V2: A refined version of the original Lab Sweet design, the V2 maintains the core flavour clarity while slightly improving grind speed and consistency. Ideal for those who want a balanced cup with increased workflow efficiency.

  • V3: The latest iteration, V3 offers enhanced clarity, a cleaner finish, and even greater uniformity, especially for espresso. It’s optimised for sweetness and high clarity at medium to fine grind settings.

Coating: 

  • Silver Knight Coated Burrs
    Featuring a special anti-friction coating, the Silver Knight variant reduces heat and static buildup while improving grind consistency. This coating also enhances durability, making it a solid choice for both home baristas and busy cafes.
