Size & Compatibility

Choose the distributor size intended for your portafilter basket. Basket dimensions and internal profiles can vary, even among machines described as using the same portafilter size.

Distributor Size Intended For
51 mm Selected De'Longhi manual espresso machines and other machines using compatible 51 mm baskets
54 mm Breville Barista Express, Barista Pro, Barista Touch, Bambino and Bambino Plus. Browse related Breville 54 mm accessories.
58 mm Gaggia Classic and many other machines using compatible 58 mm commercial-style baskets

Not sure which size you need? Contact us with your espresso machine and basket model, and we'll help you choose. Fit can vary with aftermarket baskets.

How to Use

Dose your portafilter. If you use a WDT tool to break up clumps and distribute the grounds through the basket, use it first. If you have a dosing funnel in place, remove it before using the distributor. Place the distributor on the basket and rotate it gently to level the surface without pressing firmly into the coffee. Remove it, then tamp with a compatible tamper.
