DF54 (v4) Exit Chute - Replacement

Replace a worn or damaged exit chute on your DF54 coffee grinder and restore smooth, consistent grounds flow through the grinder.

This V4-style replacement exit chute features the slightly widened exit path used on the later DF54 configuration and is compatible with earlier DF54 production versions. It can be used as a direct replacement for a damaged chute or as a V4-style chute upgrade on an earlier DF54.

What’s included

• One DF54 V4-style replacement exit chute in the selected colour
• Two replacement crimp connectors, now included as standard, for reconnecting the ioniser wiring during installation

Installation note

Replacing the exit chute requires access to the grinder’s internal wiring and reconnection of the ioniser wiring using the supplied crimp connectors. Disconnect the grinder from mains power before opening or servicing it. If you are not confident carrying out the installation, we recommend having the part fitted by a suitably experienced technician.

Before replacing a blocked chute

If the existing chute is intact but grounds flow is restricted, replacement may not be necessary. Switch off and unplug the grinder, then use a dry chute cleaning brush to remove loose coffee grounds and chaff.
